# Why I haven't received my premium subscription yet?

⚠ **Please check if you've followed all steps from** [**Section 5.1**](https://docs.walletx.bot/faq/frequently-asked-questions/pages/eWlzfnezChtZOREL4m1d#step-5.1.-payment-process-step-by-step) **carefully** ⚠  

1. Did you copy the exact deposit address: Ak316f8TZkG6VuEzSPEA4Yj6mznAiEp2o9rpXD9csZCq?
2. Did you send the exact SOL amount requested by the bot?
3. After sending, did you use the command: /confirmpayment followed by the wallet address you sent from?

**🧨Important reminders:**

* Only run the /confirmpayment command ONCE
* Wait the full 30 minutes for processing
* Don't send multiple payments
